OBITUARY - JOSEF LUTTERBÜSE
With sadness and gratitude, we bid farewell to our long-time employee and companion, Josef Lutterbüse, who passed away suddenly on August 22nd at the age of 83. Josef was a passionate enthusiast of cattle breeding. With his exceptionally keen eye for animals and his comprehensive knowledge of cow families and matings, he shaped countless farms over the decades. Whether in the purchase of breeding animals, in mating consultations, or in the sale of bull semen, Josef always distinguished himself through professional excellence, foresight, and reliability. His recommendations have accompanied generations of farmers and had a lasting impact on the development of numerous dairy herds. However, his passion was not only for breeding, but above all for the people behind it. With his open, communicative, and warm-hearted nature, he was a valued contact, advisor, and friend. Josef was always a welcome guest among fellow breeders throughout Germany. Through Facebook, he maintained numerous contacts all over the world, even across language barriers. This meant that he encountered many familiar faces even on a trip to the USA. Even in old age, despite health restrictions, Josef remained closely connected to cattle breeding. Until the end, he shared his knowledge and experience, offered recommendations, and was delighted with every offspring that bore his signature. As one of our first sales representatives, Josef provided valuable inspiration and support not only to our customers but also to our company. His dedication, passion, and humane nature have left a deep mark. With Josef, we lose a beloved colleague, a valued advisor, and a loyal friend. Our condolences go out to his family and all loved ones. In accordance with his wishes, the funeral will be held in a small family circle. A digital condolence book is available for shared remembrance and appreciation of his person, which you are welcome to use. https://www.stapperfenne-bestattungen.de/gedenkportal With gratitude and silent remembrance, Karl-Heinrich and Micha Göpel with the team at Göpel Genetik GmbH
